Bashkëpunimi mes Komiteteve Olimpike anëtare të AFCNO vazhdon, dhe mua mu dha mundësia të jem një ndër vullnetarët e përzgjedhur për të kontribuar në zhvillimin e Sportit dhe Vlerave Olimpike, konkretisht në Shqipëri.
Emri im është Charles Turcas . Unë jam 23vjec , kam mbaruar studimet për tre vjet për Histori në Pantheon-Sorbonne University dhe pastaj Histori për televizion dhe radio për 2 vjet .
Jam shumë i apasionuar pas sportit dhe për këtë arsye tema ime e masterit ka të bëjë me të drejtat televizive të sportit dhe influenca e tyre tek të dyja , sport dhe televizion .
Gjatë këtyre viteve të studimeve , unë kam zhvilluar disa internshipe si gazetar në dy grupe të mëdha franceze mediatike të specializuara për sportin : në Canal+, dhe kanalin televiziv RMC/BFM TV në radio dhe televizion
Unë gjithashtu kam arritur të shkruaj disa shkrime lidhur me sportin për një gazetë si dhe një agjensi komunikimi. Në lidhje me disa eksperienca të mia pune , unë kam punuar vitin e fundit për një komani produksioni televiziv si asistent produksioni.
Pasioni im për sportin si dhe aftësitë të ndryshme që unë i kam mësuar dhe zhvilluar gjatë këtyre eksperiencave mendoj se do të jenë të dobishme gjatë mjsiionit tim prej nëntë muajsh në Shqipëri pranë KOKSH.
Ky project është ambicioz. Promovimi i Vlerave Olimpike në shkolla, zhvillimi i formateve për sportistë dhe trajnerë sipas programeve të Solidaritetit Olimpik, ndihmesa për bashkëpunimin mes Federatave Shqiptare të Sportit si dhe me ato ndërkombëtare – këto janë vetëm një pjesë e asaj që do të jetë puna ime në 9 muajt e ardhshëm në Tiranë.
Këto misione interesante do të mund të realizohen edhe në sajë të bashkëpunëtorëve të mi në Komitetin Olimpik Kombëtar Shqiptar, të cilët me pritjen e ngrohtë dhe entuziaste që më ofruan, 10-fishojnë motivimin tim për të përmbushur këto misione.

The 9-months volunteering at the Albanian National Olympic Committee begins
The collaboration of many Olympic Committees members of the French-speaking Association of National Olympic Committees continues; and I, Charles Turcas, have the chance to be one of the volunteers
chosen to contribute at the development of sport and Olympic values, in Albania, in my case.
Let me introduce myself. I’m 23, I studied History for 3 years at Pantheon-Sorbonne University and then History of television and radio for 2 years.
I’m really passionnate about sport, that’s why my Master’s degree thesis dealt with television sports rights and their influence on both television and sport.
During these years of studying, I did some internships as a journalist in two of french majors group medias specialized in sports : at Canal +, a television channel and at RMC/BFM TV a radio and television
company.
I also achieved some writing related with sports for a newspaper and a communication agency.
Concerning my other work experiences, I worked last year for a television production company during 4 months as a production assistant.
My passion for Sport and the various skills I learned and developed during these experiences will be useful for this nine-months mission.
This project is ambitious. Promoting Olympic values in schools, developing formations for athletes and coaches according to the Olympic Solidarity program, helping the cooperation between the Albanian federations and with foreign federations as well; these are just a glimpse of my work during the next 9 months in Tirana.
These exciting missions will be accomplished thanks to my co-workers at the Albanian National Olympic Committees, who gave me a warm and enthusiastic welcome, which ten folds my motivation to fulfill my
missions.

Les 9 mois de volontariat au Comité National Olympique Albanais commence
La collaboration entre de nombreux Comités Olympiques membres de l’Association Francophone des Comités Nationaux Olympiques se poursuit ; et moi, Charles Turcas, j’ai la chance d’être l’un des volontaires
choisis pour contribuer au développement du sport et des valeurs olympiques, en Albanie dans mon cas.
Commençons par une courte présentation. J’ai 23 ans, et mon parcours universitaire se résume par une Licence d’Histoire à la Sorbonne (Paris 1) puis un Master intitulé “Histoire et Audiovisuel”.
Ma passion pour le sport m’a conduit à écrire mon mémoire sur les droits sportifs télévisuels, et leur influence sur la télévision et les organisations sportives.
En parallèle, j’ai réalisé des stages dans deux des plus importants médias en France, à chaque fois au service des sports : à Canal + d’abord, puis au sein de la rédaction de RMC/BFM TV.
J’ai aussi écrit des articles liés au sport pour un journal (SPORTéco) et une agence de communication.
Ma dernière expérience professionnelle fut un stage de 4 mois au sein d’une société de production audiovisuelle, en tant qu’assistant de production.
Ma passion pour le Sport et les compétences que j’ai pu développer et acquérir pendant ces expériences variées me seront utiles tout au long de cette mission de 9 mois.
Le projet est ambitieux. Cela passe par la promotion des valeurs olympiques dans des écoles, mettre en place des formations pour les sportifs et entraîneurs grâce au programme de Solidarité Olympique,
favoriser la coopération des différentes fédérations albanaises entre elles, et avec les fédérations étrangères. Et ce n’est qu’un aperçu de mon travail pendant ces 9 prochains mois à Tirana.
Ces missions exaltantes seront réalisées grâce à l’aide précieuse de mes collègues au Comité National Olympique Albanais, qui m’ont réservé un accueil chaleureux et enthousiaste, ce qui décuple ma motivation à
bien remplir les tâches qui me seront confiées.
