Komiteti Olimpik Kombëtar Shqiptar zhvilloi më 30 qershor Asamblenë e 20-të të Përgjithshme Zgjedhore, në Hotel Adriatik në Durrës, për organet qeverisëse 2017-2021: për postin e Presidentit, Zv.Presidentit, Mbajtësit të Thesarit dhe 8 anëtarëve të Komitetit Ekzekutiv.
Prezent në sallë u akredituan 70 anëtarë duke plotësuar kështu edhe kuorumin e nevojshëm për zhvillimin e Asamblesë Zgjedhore.
Ne garë për President ishte z. Viron Bezhani dhe z. Ilir Trebicka, për Zv. President z. Vojo Malo dhe z.Skënder Anxhaku ndërsa për Mbajtës Thesari kandidoi z. Genc Boga.
Kandidatëve për President dhe Zv. President shpalosën para anëtarëve të Asamblesë platformën e tyre dhe më pas u kalua në procesin e votimit.
Komisioni i Zgjedhjeve pas numërimit të fletëve të votimit shpalli fitues si më poshtë:
– President Z. Viron Bezhani
– Zv. President Z. Vojo Malo
– Mbajtës Thesari Z. Genc Boga
Në raundin e dytë të votimit Asambleja votoi për 8 anëtarët e Komitetit Ekzekutiv të cilët pas numërimit fitues u shpallën si më poshtë:
Agron Cuka, Ela Tase, Erlind Pellumbi, Ilir Gusho, Koco Mikerezi, Labo Capo,
Majlinda Pilinci dhe Renis Tershana.
Në përfundim të punimeve të Asamblesë, Presidenti i rizgjedhur Bezhani falenderoi të pranishmit për besimin e dhënë dhe kërkoi bashkëpunimin në vijimësi nga të gjithë anëtarët e Asamblesë duke shprehur gadishmërinë së bashku me kolegët e zgjedhur të organeve të reja drejtuese të KOKSH për të maksimizuar përpjekjet e përbashkëta për zhvillimin dhe përfaqësimin e sportit shqiptar, përhapjen e Frymës Olimpike dhe promovuar Vlerat e Olimpizmit në shoqëri.

INFORMATION ON THE 20th GENERAL ELECTORAL ASSEMBLY
The Albanian National Olympic Committee held on June 30th the 20th General Election Assembly, at the Adriatic Hotel in Durres, for new governing bodies of period 2017-2021: for the post of President, Vice President, Treasurer and 8 members of the Executive Committee. Presented in the hall were accredited 70 members, thus fulfilling the quorum necessary for the development of the Electoral Assembly.
On the candidacy for President were Mr. Viron Bezhani and Mr. Ilir Trebicka, for the Vice President ran z. Vojo Malo and Mr. Skander Anxhaku, while for Treasurer there was only candidacy Mr. Genc Boga.
Candidates for President and Vice President presented their platform to the members of the Assembly and then passed to the voting process.
The Election Commission after counting the votes declared the winner as follows:
– President Mr. Viron Bezhani ( re – elected)
– Vice President Mr. Vojo Malo
– Treasurer Mr. Genc Boga
In the second round of voting, the Assembly also elected the 8 members of the Executive Committee who are as following :
Mr. Agron Cuka, Mrs. Ela Tase, Mr. Erlind Pellumbi, Mr. Ilir Gusho, Mr. Koco Mikerezi, Mr. Labo Capo, Mrs. Majlinda Pilinci and Mr. Renis Tershana.
At the end of the Assembly’s proceedings, the re-elected President Bezhani thanked the participants for their trust and sought continued co-operation by all members of the Assembly, expressing readiness with the elected colleagues of the new governing bodies to maximize their common efforts to the development and representation of Albanian sport, the spread of the Olympic Spirit and the promotion of the Values of Olympism in society.
